Reza is an expert in special situations and leads our activism practice in Europe as well as advises clients on their shareholder sensitivities, whether it be in relation to deal support, ESG and corporate governance sensitivities, ESG activism or general meeting preparation.

He previously worked at Morrow Sodali as a Director and was responsible for the UK market. Reza has held key managerial positions within shareholder advisory and consultancy businesses in London including 6 years at Georgeson and 4 years at D.F. King. Since 2007, he has contributed to the success of a large number of high-profile UK and cross-border M&A transactions that were implemented via scheme of arrangement or public tender offers. These deals include the takeover of Liverpool and Manchester City FCs, Lloyds/HBOS, Kraft/Cadbury, British Airways/Iberia, Shell/BG Group, Takeda/Shire and Visa/Earthport. He has also managed and executed a large number of activist mandates, shareholder engagement campaigns and corporate governance projects on behalf of some of the most notable FTSE100 and 250 companies.

In 2016 he completed his Executive MBA at the Imperial College Business School in London.
