Kent Chiu is the Associate Director of Consulting Services at S&P Global Mobility.Kent currently serves as the Loyalty Principal supporting OEM clients in the United States. He has been in the automotive industry for 20 years.
Kent focuses on Loyalty Analytics to support our OEM clients by deriving loyalty insights and analytics to increase customer retention.
Prior to S&P Global, Kent worked at Ford, Stellantis, and Mazda in a variety of field roles with increasing responsibility to drive revenue, increase customer loyalty, and dealer network optimization.
Kent also has consulting and analytical experience from ALG (Automotive Lease Guide) forecasting new vehicle residual values and at Hitachi Consulting working on industry leading alternative vehicles.
He holds an MBA from the University of California, Irvine and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
