Choon Kiat William Chia is a Research Analyst of S&P Global Commodity Insights, working on the Greater China Power & Renewables team. Prior to joining S&P Global, William newly graduated from the University of Strathclyde, United Kingdom, with a Master of Science degree in Sustainable Engineering, focusing on Offshore Renewable Energy.

Choon Kiat also holds a Bachelor of Ocean Engineering (Honours) from the University of Tasmania, Australia. William is proficient in both English and Chinese.
