Clark has over 30 years of chemical industry experience and leadership in various functional areas including business management, sales and marketing, business analysis and engineering. As consulting Executive Director, he has led numerous engagements in the polyolefins value chain including acquisition due diligence, technology assessment and market analysis. Prior to joining S&P Global, Clark served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Ingenia Polymers (a gloal plastics compunding company) where he was responsible for increasing company value through organic growth and geographic expansion. Before joining Ingenia, Clark held director level positions in Univation Technologies (licensing and catalyst affiliate of Dow Chemical) in Sales, Service and Marketing. Clark started his career with ExxonMobil in Research and Engineering as an engineer working on computer modeling of refining and petrochemical processes.

Clark received a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
