Thomas leads Managed Services teams in the US focused on account onboarding related compliance, including regulatory, KYC, tax as well as internal procedure drafting and legal entity maintenance.

Thomas has 8+ experience with developing solutions around compliance processes and remediation exercises for global compliance initiatives.

Prior to joining S&P Global, Thomas was with KPMG's New York Financial Services (NYFS) business tax and customer due diligence group where he supported clients with the implementation of global documentation, tax withholding and reporting regimes.

He is a licensed attorney with several years of prior law firm experience in litigation & legal consulting and holds a Juris Doctorate from DePaul University with a concentration in Corporate Law.
