Pratim joined S&P Global in September'18 as a Senior Analyst for the South Asia natural gas team. He is currently based in Gurgaon, India and covers the natural gas and LNG markets for South Asia, looking at supply/demand trends, domestic gas/ LNG pricing, regulatory framework & Industry structure, infrastructure developments, policy developments and supply-demand outlooks.

Prior to joining S&P Global; he was working with Evalueserve Ltd. as Senior Business Analyst - Competitive intelligence and procurement division for 3 years, collaborating with oil and gas clients for projects across the energy value chain. Additionally, he has also worked for 2 years with Global Data, where he was involved with the South American oil and gas database team.

Previous experience includes developing strategic research materials for competitive and procurement intelligence, market intelligence reports based on client-specific requirements, costing and financial analysis.

Pratim holds an MBA degree in Oil and gas management from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
