Iyan joined S&P Global from BlackRock, where he served as head of product management and commercial strategy for the portfolio management and compliance capabilities within the Aladdin® platform. He most recently led the modernization and scale of these core capabilities which were mission-critical to investors overseeing ~$20T in AUM across both BlackRock and commercial Aladdin clients, comprised of asset managers, pensions and insurers.

At BlackRock, Iyan led the acquisition of eFront (a leading private markets software provider), as well as the efforts to integrate eFront and Aladdin® that resulted in the Whole Portfolio View solution to deliver end-to-end transparency to asset managers and owners across private and public investments.

Prior to joining BlackRock, Iyan spent over a decade at Bloomberg, where he oversaw a wide range of key products and businesses including corporate solutions, equity capital markets, research management solutions, and private markets. Iyan was the founding product leader for the private markets capabilities that reside within the Bloomberg Professional® terminal.

Iyan holds an MBA from Cornell University, a Master's in International Public Policy from University College London, and a Bachelor's in Journalism from Far Eastern University.
