Louise based in the UK, she has over 25 years of experience in downstream oil markets research and consulting. Her areas of expertise include long-term refined product supply/demand forecasting, with a specialization in European markets.

Prior to her role at S&P Global Commodity Insights, Louise headed the European Downstream Monitoring Service with PFC Energy, and has extensive experience in research and consulting across the refining and marketing industries. She has a Bachelor of Arts from Southampton University, and speaks fluent English and French
