Bill Rawlusyk is the executive director for North American NGL Markets at S&P Global Commodity Insights and an expert in Natural Gas Liquid (NGL) value chain analysis, planning, business development and optimization activities along with gas processing and commodity forecasting.Bill's responsibilities encompass analysis of NGL mix acquisitions, field extraction, fractionation, straddle plant processing and extraction, logistics, and LPG sales and marketing. He also publishes the Canadian section of the North American NGL outlooks and the Global NGL Fundamentals along with numerous consulting engagements and research papers. Bill joined S&P Global (Now a part of S&P Global) in 2013, and prior to that had over 25 years of experience in commercial management, market analysis and business development roles with BP Canada Energy Company and Devon Canada.
Bill has broad and deep expertise on the Canadian oil and gas industry across natural gas, crude oil, natural gas liquids, and sulfur, business development, asset trading, fundamentals analysis, logistics and litigation support.
