Dr. Divya provides consulting services to clients in agriculture and allied industries, government agencies, farmer's association. Her expertise is in biofuels, supply and demand analysis, international trade, dairy policy analysis. She has been with the Chemical Consulting group, based out of Gurgaon office in India, since February 2020. Prior to joining S&P Global, she worked with National Dairy Research Institute (NDRI) as research associate and senior research fellow. There she worked on climate sustainable dairy production, specifically, water footprints and life cycle assessment of milk. She has co-authored papers and book chapters on the work she did at NDRI and authored the papers on the work she did for her master's and doctorate research.

She graduated from Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology with Bachelor's degree in Home Science and Master's degree in Agricultural Economics and she did her Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics with specialization in international trade from Banaras Hindu University.
