Ankita Pandey is a Senior Research Analyst in the Fertilizer Analysis team at S&P Global Commodity Insights.Ankita has been working in the fertilizer industry since 2013 and joined S&P Global in 2020. Her main area of focus is restructuring/rebuilding/automating the company's fertilizer database dashboards & other automated models. She is also responsible for publishing the quarterly report 'Nitrogen Data File' - which consists of detailed statistics of world nitrogen fertilizer supply and demand.
Before joining S&P Global, she was working with the Fertiliser Association of India (FAI). At FAI, her primary responsibilities included carrying out studies/research pertaining to the Indian fertilizer sector, for example on energy consumption, environmental parameters etc. She has also authored articles published in the Indian Journal of Fertilizer on Efficiency Improvement in fertilizer plants and co-authored articles on Causes of Downtime in fertilizer industry & Study of safety performance of Indian Fertilizer Plants.
Ankita holds a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Kanpur University, India.
