David is a director overseeing product innovation within the Maritime Supply Chain team and has over 30 years of experience in intelligence collection and analytic solutions providing sense-making to complex use cases for commercial and government customers.

Currently serving as a Subject Matter Expert for Market Intelligence - Maritime Supply Chain team. He works with customers to develop tailored solutions and innovation that will accelerate business/missions.

Prior to joining S&P Global, David served as the Director - SME for the only global, persistent, real-time AIS satellite constellation. Leading the launch of 58 satellites, establishing operations, and architecting/deploying the capability to deliver the AIS data to customers and analytics to provide insights to illicit maritime behaviors.

David has a BS in Software Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology.

Co-author of multiple patents in Maritime Domain Awareness utilizing satellite, terrestrial, vessel, social media, open-source intelligence, and other solutions.
