Anja Heimann is a senior economist on the Europe economics team at S&P Global Market Intelligence.

Anja is responsible for providing economics and sovereign risk analysis for the Nordic economies and the Netherlands. She leads client interactions for these geographies and drafts regular briefing notes and in-depth reports for the region. Anja joined the company in February 2022. Her prior roles include employment at Capital Economics in London as an economic consultant and as a quantitative economist at Cambridge Econometrics in Cambridge (United Kingdom).

Anja holds an MSc in Economics from the University of Edinburgh and is fluent in German, English, and French.
