Bing, Senior Research Analyst, S&P Global Commodity Insights, works on Greater China power and renewables research and is a member of Asia's research and consulting team. Prior to joining S&P Global Commodity Insights, Bing was Engineer of Energy Consulting and Planning at Guangdong Electric Power Design Institute for four years in Guangzhou, China, working on regional energy planning, power plant grid connecting, power grid planning, and power quality analysis of renewables.

Bing holds a Bachelor and a Master of Electrical Engineering from Tsinghua University.
