Rodrigo Fiatikoski

Rodrigo Fiatikoski, associate director for the Regulatory Consulting practice at S&P Global Commodity Insights.Rodrigo is a leading expert in oil and gas policy, legislation, regulation and agreements. He has advised prominent policymakers, regulators, trade associations, regulated companies and financial sponsors throughout the world over the last 15 years. His experience spans upstream, midstream and downstream operations and, most recently, he started advising clients on decarbonisation frameworks, especially for carbon capture, use and storage. Prior to joining S&P Global Commodity Insights, Rodrigo worked in the public sector and in international law firms. He is a member of the Association of International Energy Negotiators, the Brazilian Petroleum Institute and the Energy Institute.
Rodrigo holds a Bachelor of Laws and a postgraduate diploma in constitutional law from the State University of Londrina, Brazil, a Master of Laws in petroleum law and policy from the University of Dundee, United Kingdom, and he is currently completing an executive programme in strategic management from the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, United Kingdom.
