Dianna provides technical expertise to the group within APAC and is responsible for execution and delivery of Upstream Consulting engagements throughout the region. She brings more than 25 years of experience in field development planning, process selection and design, as well as cost estimation and technical due diligence of oil and gas assets.

Prior to joining S&P Global, Dianna held a variety of technical and leadership roles within IOCs and Engineering Contractors. As such, her responsibilties encompassed design, commissioning and operations support for upstream, midstream and downstream hydrocarbon processing facilities, including LNG. Additionally, she has completed market evaluation and strategic advice assignments to major service companies seeking local and international expansion opportunities.

Throughout her career she has provided her expertise across all phases of project maturity in various locations including South East Asia, Oceania, Africa and the Middle East. Dianna is based in Singapore and holds a BEng (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Sydney.
